Operating Conditions and Environment
These pumps are engineered for continuous, uninterrupted operation under the following conditions:
- Power Supply: The pump operates with a power supply frequency of 50Hz or 60hz and a three-phase AC voltage of 380V, 660V, or 1140V. (Customers must specify the required voltage when placing an order.)
- Submersion Depth: Suitable for use in shallow water or submerged at depths of up to 5 meters.
- Temperature: The medium's temperature must not exceed 40°C, while the ambient working temperature should range between 0°C and 40°C.
- pH Range: The medium's pH level should fall between 6 and 8 for optimal operation.
- Impurities and Medium Density: The volume percentage of solid impurities in the water should remain below 2%, and the medium's density should not exceed 1.02 x 10³ kg/m³.
- Solid Particle Size: The diameter of solid particles in the medium must not exceed half of the minimum cross-sectional size of the pump's flow passage.
This set of parameters ensures reliable and efficient pump performance across a variety of applications.
Product Working Principle
